Does my gift card expire?
No. Gift cards never expire.
After you receive your gift card, you can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. You can apply the gift card to any physical or digital product. Gift cards apply to the order total, including shipping.
How do I redeem my gift card?
During checkout, you will have the following two options:
Email to Recipient - The recipient will receive an email with the gift card message and code.
Email to You - You (the purchaser) will receive an email with the gift card details, which you can print or forward.
How is my gift card delivered?
You will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance will appear.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
Can I cancel or get a refund on a gift card I purchased?
Yes. Unused gift cards can be cancelled or refunded if you contact us.
Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded.
If you have lost your email with the gift card code, please contact us so we can resend it.
What if I lose my gift card code?
Yes. During the checkout process, you will be given an opportunity to add a brief message for your recipient.
Can I send a message with my gift card?
No. All gift cards are digital only.
